Why It’s Vital to Communicate With Your Affiliate Manager
Posted on July 26th, 2009 No commentsWhen you work with CPA company’s you usually get assigned an account manager, or affiliate manager.
This is your “go to” person who should be there to answer any questions you have via email, chat or phone – even in person if you live close by. Unfortunately you rarely have such a close contact with the large affiliate networks, but it is a great perk of CPA.
Keeping close communication with your affiliate manager is highly important for many reasons, including:
- They can inform you of any new offers that you might be interested in.
- They can give you tips on how to get more traffic and target the right people for an offer
- They can give you inside information
- They can increase your payouts on particular offersIt goes without saying then that having a close and open relationship with your account manager is certainly the best way to get ahead in the CPA game – but even if you are only working with affiliate networks and don’t have a personal contact, you can still try to find someone who might be able to assist you and give you some tips on increasing your earnings.
A quality network or merchant will be highly interested in their affiliates and will do their best to accommodate your requests by assigning someone that you can easily communicate with when the need arises.
