A well laid out directory that contains over 20,000 affiliate programs in many categories. You are sure to find something of interest here!

AffiliateSeeking.com
I like this directory as it categorizes the programs on the home page by type. E.g, pay per sale, pay per lead, residual income etc. This is very handy and a welcome change from just browsing through niche categories.
