Website Flipping at Flippa

In between maintaining passive income from my various niche sites, I’ve been having fun at Flippa (absolutely love that site). I’ve bought a couple of sites from there, but am now once again thinking about the ‘flipping’ side of things – it’s been a while since I made sites with the sole intention to sell them later down the track.
So that’s what I’m going to do for the rest of 2010. Create no less than 10 niche sites/blogs that I fully intend to sell in no less than 6 months time. The aim is to build each site up (unique content, basic SEO and traffic generation such as article marketing) to earning at least $100 per month from affiliate commissions and/or Adsense. They will then be listed at Flippa with a desire to have them sold at around $1000 each (10x monthly revenue).
So, let’s see how that goes. I shall post updates on the project as time passes!

I’m still working at it, Tipjar!
I’ve got about 20 sites going at the moment, creating content for them all. These are small sites, some only one or two pages for now. Thanks for taking an interest and I will write another post once the ball is rolling faster on this in terms of traffic and earnings.
