• 101 Articles in One Day?

    Posted on October 16th, 2009 3 comments

I just saw this and had to post about it. It’s pretty insane.

I’ve never seen this guy’s blog before but was pointed to it via a current warrior forum thread that is quite amusing in itself (Article Marketing Challenge – the poster challenged people to write 700 articles in 7 days!).

So someone linked to this guy’s blog:
    http://mikeiser.com/day-158-wrote-101-articles-today

It looks like he writes 30-100 or more articles per day on many days. That particular post shows screenshots of his 101 articles (yeah it could have been fabricated but I have a feeling it’s for real). Read the rest of this entry »

  • Unlimited Niche Ideas

Posted on September 17th, 2009 No comments

There’s no excuse for not having ideas for new blogs – there are SO many topics and niches out there.

To make it even easier (or harder depending on how you look at it!), use the Amazon Bestseller site:

You can narrow it down by category and also see “moves and shakers” which are items that have recently had a big increase in sales. Read the rest of this entry »

  • 1 New Blog Per Week

    Posted on September 7th, 2009 31 comments

2009 has flown by and since end of year is coming up in a few months, I’ve been looking back on the year gone by to see how much ground I’ve made.

Although my income has been good, I’m disappointed that I have not created as many NEW sites as I should have… so from now until year’s end I’m going to create 1 BRAND NEW blog every single week.

This will include creating/outsourcing around 20-50 posts per blog that will be scheduled to post plus using the WP-Robot plugin to automatically generate hundreds of product focused posts that include my affiliate link (great for easy extra keyword rich content).

Discarding the Christmas and New Year period, during which my motivation to work goes out the window, I should have around 14 brand spanking new blogs up and full of content by the end of 2009.

This is going to put me in a great position to capitalize on this real estate all throughout next year.

It’s never too late to create some new goals, and you can certainly achieve them faster than you think!

    Update October 1 2009:
I have created around 5 new blogs since posting this. Plus I cheated a bit – I have bought 4 websites which were all actually static HTML or PHP and I’ve converted them to WordPress. Some had PR, backlinks and some traffic and Adsense earnings + unique content so its a nice little head start. I’ll post a full post update on this project in a couple of months.

  • Which Niche Marketing Tools Do You Really Need?

Posted on August 29th, 2009 No comments

Niche marketing tools can cover a range of things such as:

    • Keyword research tools
    • Blog tools and plugins
    • Design tools
    • SEO tools

There are plenty more, in fact there are thousands and more are being released everyday. All of this of course adds to the problem of information overload or in this case, tool overload.

What do you REALLY need to use to succeed in niche marketing? Read the rest of this entry »

  • How Much Affiliate Commission Is Good?

    Posted on August 24th, 2009 1 comment

When you are searching for products or programs to promote it is so easy to go for the ones with the highest commission. After all, they will bring you the most money, right? Well, that is not always the case.

I have a bit of a rule that I loosely go by: the higher the affiliate commission on something, the harder it will be to convert into a sale or lead. This is not always the case but it’s something to keep in mind when you’re browsing those offers. Read the rest of this entry »

  • Affiliate Blogging – Anyone Can Do It

    Posted on August 21st, 2009 1 comment

If there’s one aspect of affiliate blogging that can rarely apply to other professions, it is that ANYONE can do it.

There is just one thing you need: determination! Read the rest of this entry »
